HOW DO I SELECT A DELIVERY DATE?
At checkout, the next available day for delivery can be selected. Order before 3:00pm for next day delivery. Pick up is available, please contact us direct for address details. If a day is not available, that means we are either sold out, or you have missed the cut off time.


WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Please refer to Delivery Areas

BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Definitely!
Please be sure to write the NAME OF BUSINESS and OPEN HOURS.


SCHOOLS?
Of course, all school delivery’s will be left at reception for the recipient to collect.
Please be sure to write the School Name and who it is for, e.g Teacher or Student's name.

HOSPITALS?
Yes,
PLEASE write clear instructions of WHO it is for, and WHERE to go.

SHOPPING CENTRES?

Yes!
Please write the NAME OF BUSINESS and OPENING HOURS.
Also include clear instructions of where to go, eg is it inside or outside, level 1 etc.

UNITS/APARTMENTS?
Yes we can!
As these are No Access buildings, someone MUST be home to receive delivery, or have an arrangement to leave with reception. Please be sure to write these instructions in the notes at checkout.

CAN I REQUEST A DELIVERY TIME?
Due to the volume of orders, unfortunately this is not an option. Please write in the instructions your preferred time slot, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE that it will be delivered at that time.

Orders will arrive between 8am - 4pm on your selected date, or during the Business Hours you have supplied us with.

HOW DOES MY PACKAGE COME?
All donut boxes and bouquets come as they are seen on the website, they are all handmade & finished with a ribbon. Only the shipping details are attached to the side of the box. Receipt and billing details are not attached. 

If it is a gift, please make sure you write who the box is from in the 'personalised message' box at checkout. 

CAN I WRITE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?
Most definitely! We encourage you to personalise your box with a message! All notes will come on a small card attached either to the ribbon on the outside, or placed inside of the box.

CAN YOU LEAVE THE BOX IF NO ONE IS AT HOME?
Our donuts have perishable fillings & are best stored in the fridge if not being eaten straight away. If no one is home at the time of delivery & the box has to be left, we take no responsibility if the donuts &/or their fillings spoil.

Please be aware that our boxes come as they are, they do not come in any type of cooling bag or box. We will however take precautions in the safety of it. We will securely tape the lid to help with the preservation of the box. We take no responsibility for any damaged goods after the box has been delivered.

I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you have written the wrong address on the order, please contact us immediately via email. If it has already been successfully delivered we have no responsibility for this, you will need to collect it yourself in most cases. If we need to deliver to a different address on the day of delivery, you will be charged with a re-delivery standard fee + 10% of your purchase box.

DO YOUR BOXES HAVE NUTS?
Yes, unfortunately all products may come in contact with nuts.

GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN BOXES?
We are working on this right now! Unfortunately at the moment we don't have any gluten or vegan options. Sorry!

HOW LONG DOES MY BOX LAST?
Our donuts are best consumed on the day of delivery. We do not recommend leaving them overnight, BUT, if you must leave it overnight, store in the fridge as most of the donuts have perishable fillings.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER? 

You must get in contact with us before we can customise any box. If you do not contact us beforehand we will be unable to fulfil your request.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Afterpay (Get it now, pay over 4 weeks).

CORPORATE OR PR ORDERS
We certainly do! You can even place your own branding and products within the boxes. Please email hello@doughnutworldadelaide.com.au with a brief, including your budget and we can arrange this.
