** PLEASE NOTE: The small Nutella jars that come in boxes and sold separately are out of stock. Nutella HAS advised that there won't be any stock for quite some time. Due to this we will have to substitute the small jars to small Nutella flat packs. Sorry for this inconvenience but unfortunately it is out of our control.

** PLEASE NOTE: Colour of the shredded paper & ribbon may differ to picture shown. Bouquet paper is also available in Light Pink upon request.

DISCLAIMER: All of our products contain traces of nuts and dairy. Please note that all boxes may vary with decorations and assorted sweets, however quality and value of each box will be the same.

Please also note, that our doughnuts are best eaten on the day of receiving, & are best stored in an ambient temperature.

All deliveries are made between 7am - 4.30pm, but mostly between 8:30am-3pm

We do not have a tracking system and cannot guarantee a delivery time.

We can only deliver to apartments when you know that they will 100% be home. This is because most apartments are locked and it is unlikely we will be able to get in and therefore cannot leave the gift box anywhere. This is the same with gated houses.

Please be aware that if the driver is unable to get to the front door, we will call the number given so please make sure the correct number is provided.

By ordering you agree that we have no responsibility for any damages, heat exposure or the box being stolen, once it has been delivered. We will definitely try to leave in a safe, shaded place if no one is home. Please let us know if you would like us to place it anywhere in particular.
